What is Thought?

My thoughts are obviously powerful. They are always on and dictate my entire day and life. But why are they so overwhelming powerful. Most people can think and do something at the same time without a problem. My thoughts run the show. I would almost be willing to claim that my thoughts are more powerful than I am. It seems like my thoughts come into my head and I just comprehend them. In other words I don’t choose my thoughts. I choose my emotions and actions, I even get to decide what my desires are. But… I do not create my thoughts. They just pop in my head all day long. I can either entertain them or choose to deflect them but I can’t turn them down or off. Where do my thoughts come from? The inner dialog that is constantly chattering day in and day out : first thoughts of the day are either my reaction to the dream i was just in or me wondering what time it is. Once I know I think about what that means – do I get up or go back to sleep, instantly I know the answer and feelings develop. Basically the point of wake up is unique in that it is the only time experience happens even though I didn’t knowingly choose it. It’s crazy how every night I go to sleep, I know where I am and everything is very cognitive. But the second I fall asleep, my awareness of self goes bye bye. Literally every morning before I do or think anything-I have to figure out where I am and what that means. Then in an instant my head is flooded with thoughts about who I am and what my life is that day. This is kind of insane considering I have been me my whole life. How can I forget in one night? How is it possible that I don’t know this information? This information is me so how is it possible that I can experience a moment when I don’t know anything about myself. I couldn’t do that if I tried. It’s impossible to not know who you are when you are awake. Maybe thoughts are actually the thing that’s not real, they create the physical reality and are how memories get built in our brain. The unconscious mind has no physical form. Just emotions and potential. Driven by the desire to live for whatever reason. I assume it’s to gain understanding and clarity about what I am by seeing what I am capable of accomplishing as a physical being. But who knows really. Anyway…. When you sleep, your thoughts unwind. They become physics imprints in your brain aka memories. Your mind sorts out what it will add to the memory bank and what information still needs attending to. Anything unresolved gets stored in the more lucid part of the brain, the one connected directly to our consciousness. Until closure occurs, these thoughts will be stored as desires. Which means instead of converting these thoughts into physical memories (more dense form of thought) they will become energy specific forms, less dense than thoughts. After every thought has been sorted and placed accordingly, your mind will continue to micro-organize. It will simulate experiences based on our emotional palette so that we gain free form energy. Emotions motivate desires. Desires motivate thought which dictates our actions that become experiences our mind uses to elicit emotion based on our memories and beliefs. If the mind can produce emotional responses using only memories and desire it can create this void where thought usually lives- between desire and emotion. Because there is no conscious thought during this process, the amount of emotion felt during sleep, becomes free energy. During the day emotional energy is fused with a whole string of thoughts and the originating desire. So it’s burned as quick as it arrives.

One basic rule

One of my ten basic rules: If it doesn’t apply 100% of the time, throw it out. There are no gray areas. Yes, it might be easier to generalize but it’s not beneficial to you or anybody else. To truly understand something, you have to be willing to see it for what it is. You can’t see something if your vision is blurred by misconception and preconceived ideas. Sometimes we don’t even realize we’re doing it because some ideas have become so ingrained in our mind that we don’t even question them. They go without saying.

Which is why asking questions is so effective. The more questions you ask, the clearer things become. Ask enough questions, and the world really begins to reveal itself.

Who am I?

The mind is an amazing thing as we all know.  Your mind is no doubt different from mine and mine from anyone else.  The way we think and operate is what makes us who we are. It’s what makes us special and unique among the 7 billion other people belonging to our species. The crazy thing is, not one of us can ever truly know what it’s like to think and feel as anyone but ourselves. So how  can we be sure of our uniqueness after all?  I mean obviously we are all unique in the way we look and speak but does having our own set of chromosomes mean anything about how unique our mind actually is and operates? For all we know, every human has the same basic brain functionality. Individual personality but overall, the same operations take place. Even though we can never answer these questions 100%, unable to observe two minds at once, we can still seek answers just by interacting with people as we all do. I assume that everyone will formulate their own ideas about who they are and how they think at some point in their life. We do this by learning who we aren’t over and over until finally, it becomes clear that if we’re not this and we’re not that, then we must be something else entirely. It may take awhile but eventually, it becomes clear. We are who we choose to be but who that is, changes every moment. Personality is fluid and the mind is always changing. The thing is, we are never just one person. We may only have one body but who we are is different for every person we meet. Quite literally, every person perceives you differently, even if you’re in the same room, in a shared conversation. You will be remember by each person differently. The people who spend the most time with us have a detailed picture of who we are in their mind. Whose to say they’re idea of me isn’t more accurate than my own ideas of me?

My point is…It’s kind of crazy to think about. What makes us well…..us?    Do other people mold me just as much as I do?         If we are always changing, what does defines us?

I’d love to hear what you have to say about this. Feel free to comment or leave feedback.

Until next time…

Hawaiian Adventures

It’s been six weeks since I left my home in Stillwater, Minnesota. After 17 hours of travel and layovers, my plane landed on Maui, Hawaii. The island has beauty everywhere you turn. Every beach has its own sandy fingerprint, unique to the location it resides. Every tree has flowers and fruit growing on its branches and the pineapple tastes like something you’d buy at a candy shop. Sugar cane fields dance in the wind, making the world a sweeter place, one grain at a time. This is my home now. It is nothing like where I came from, the fresh water trees and lakes that I’m used to but that’s the best part of living. Trying new things and experiencing the world in new ways.

I am completely out of my comfort zone and I have no idea what I’m doing but I feel okay with that at the moment. My objective wasn’t to feel comfortable. I wanted to experience a new way of life and meet people  who are nothing like me.

So far, I couldn’t be more amazed with how perfect the world is. You truly get what you give in this life. Give well ❤ CAM00318

The creative mind always prevails :

albert.einstein1

Many people quote Albert Einstein and that’s not because he was mathematically inclined or a brilliant physicist, it is because he had this amazing ability to think of ideas that were so insane and improbable that they might actually be true and many of those ideas proved to be true or at least necessary for the advancement of science. However, sometimes it seems like we forget where the real magic is. We credit numbers and figures, physics and other measurable entities but like Sir Albert E once said, “The only real valuable thing is intuition.”
And I 100% agree with this statement. Sometimes I think about what it means to be alive and a part of this wonderful universe we call home, and my mind comes up with many interesting theories and conclusions but with no way of measuring thoughts or testing them scientifically, they are just ideas and will remain this way forever. However, as weird as it may be, I honestly feel more certain and sure about the things I thought of on my own and have no real evidence or physical data whatsoever other than my own personal experiences and brainstorming ideas onto paper or in my head. I just feel more confident about these ideas than some of the stuff I have been taught in school, including college. Obviously, I don’t feel this way about everything but sometimes I’ll be listening to my professor lecture and think to myself, there’s no way that’s accurate or I’ll wonder why someone would explain and believe something that to me, seems really outlandish. It seems like people would rather create false reasoning than believe in abs ideas that just make sense but have little evidence to support them. Science does not allow abstract reasoning.
It’s kind of unfortunate really.
That’s not to say I don’t appreciate Science exactly as it is or wish to change it. I only wish that that people would be open to imaginative ways of thinking and respect ideas that may not be explainable. So many of us ridicule creative thinking at times and I’m sure there are so many people afraid to talk openly about ideas they have because they seem bizarre or different and have little evidence if any to support them. If we could accept or consider the possibility that maybe crazy ideas aren’t all that crazy. In fact, the only thing we actually ever know is that we know nothing at all. We can guess and explain the universe all we like, but it doesn’t make it any more true. Science explains how things interact and the mechanics of how things work, but it doesn’t explain why something is the way it is or its reason for existing.

So how can we say that we know anything about the physical world when we can never truly know why people, places and things exist in the first place? Everything was created for a reason and has an intended purpose, whether it be significant or not, this defines things as being unique. Not knowing something as fundamental to a person, place or thing as its reason for existing or how it affects the world and other people, means anything we might observe or conclude about the world, is pure imaginative story-telling based on speculation that has continued for generations of people living and sharing in many environments. COLLABORATION of ideas over time has caused us to falsely believe things as being factual that are inaccurate and completely misleading, yet we blindly trust ideas just because they make logical sense and it’s easier to believe them than challenge 90% of the world’s population and be ridiculed for thinking about things that go against common belief.

A good example of this is when Charles Lyell expressed his belief that the Earth was more than 300 million years old. People did not like this idea because it meant that things like Noah’s Arc didn’t really happen. People do not react kindly when someone threatens their belief system, especially when it’s something as influential to people’s lives as Christianity was at the time Lyell was making these claims.
We know now that Lyell was right about Earth’s age, but it took real bravery on his part to challenge popular belief. Luckily he was about to prove his claims with evidence but I’m certain there are some things that can’t never truly be proven or explained with tangible evidence. Like emotion, I can never provide evidence for the way I feel love or pain in any tangible type of way that can be experienced or understood by another person. Same with the sensations my body experiences when I encounter others or the way my mind thinks thoughts. I also can’t prove that the hair on my body or anyone’s body for that matter was created to keep us warm and regulate temperature like science tells us it is. I honestly don’t think that’s why we have hair but because it explains hair in a way that seems believable, we trust this logic as being sound but is it really?

Who knows, maybe, maybe not.
I respect someone greatly who can think how they want to and be who they are, even if it means being different and even a little crazy at times.
The craziest ideas are the best ones in my opinion.
Id rather dreams up crazy ideas than be accepted by people because I deny myself the pleasure of being creative and vulnerable to my imagination.
I hope others feel the same

bad news is good news :)

There’s something quite beautiful about tragic moments in life, you know the ones when everything seems to go wrong and before you know it, one bad day turned into one whole year of cars breaking down, losing friends, unemployment, whatever it may be. Everyone has these moments at one time or another. They might not seem beautiful when tragedy strikes but almost always, its these unpleasant moments that define us. They become a reason to pursue college again or move somewhere new that you otherwise wouldn’t have. When rainy days seem to overstay their welcome, remember, all bad news is good news in disguise and with every tragic moment, opportunity follows.

Gravity: What’s the Problem?

Gravity is perhaps the greatest mystery our universe has to offer. Either its one of those things that exceed human comprehension or maybe the mechanics of Gravity are unknown due to simply misunderstanding its function. Einstein was a genius there’s no doubt about that being true. Same with Isaac Newton. However, it wasn’t their ability to solve complex equations rather it was their curiosity that led to their greatest discoveries. Sometimes the most valuable information comes from within the imagination.

It is possible that we have been asking the wrong questions for quite some many years now. We think of gravity as being the force of nature that binds us to Earth and creates motion among the planets and stars in our universe. And that may be the case in the grand scheme of things but what if gravity is more like a single motion weaving in and out of all matter much like a string or ribbon. Basically, gravity doesn’t act on an individual scale rather it binds all matter together into one perfectly constructed universe from the bang to this moment right now. Gravity is what allows one universe the ability to create smaller objects from matter within it at different times in various locations throughout space. Variation can occur because as space expands outward, particles multiply every moment the universe is alive. The only problem is that the particles are so small that by the time each new particle forms, space expands again and again so particles don’t quite have enough time to reach their counter particle before the universe expands again. Until enough particles have been created that they begin to attract each other at shorter distances and essentially this causes space to be broken up into sub-sections where matter evolves into atoms from particles. As soon as two opposing particles annihilate each other they create a spark of energy.
Before going further, it’s necessary to consider…
When the universe came into existence, there were 3 basic functions causing expansion and particle creation but for any of this to happen there had to be some type of force responsible for holding space and time together into one neat bubble. This force was and is gravity. From the moment the universe began, time has always flowed at a constant rate. First Another way of looking at gravity this way is by thinking about what it means for any single body with mass to exist. Take human beings for instance. Every person has a body made up of roughly 7 x 10^27 atoms. These atoms bind together to form a person’s internal body as well as their external shell aka their skin.

Out of the box: Pondering

What is a Singularity?
How is it different from anything else or is it just one part to a larger whole?
The definition according to Google is “the state, fact, quality, or condition of being singular.” That being said, we must consider the beginning of time for a moment to understand this idea better.
The one and only question we should be asking is- What caused time to start moving in the first place?
The evolution of matter and space began the moment when nothing became something and that something became larger and more distinct each moment that passed. Shifting into a place where the amount of space and matter evolves into something new over and over, the universe is never wrong or inaccurate. As the present becomes past and potential future variations become reality, the big picture is always changing while slowly defining its every movement. This process distinguishes the universe every moment during its lifetime. whether its a millisecond or 10 billion years, it will be defined by every moment prior, as well as immediately following. This process creates unique values and physical qualities every instance existence occurs. They all get sandwiched together to form one long chain of events that together create a reflection of the physical universe.
The universe, of course, can only be seen outside its outer epidermis and experienced within it as only the small, variable scale they exist. Nothing can be known for certain and questions of how or where they came from remain unanswered as the struggle to understand persists as they do. Few hints are provided to the dweller within. All one can ever hope to learn about the universe is dependent solely on their ability to read their surroundings. Only two possible observations can be made. Now either something is bigger or it is smaller, either its faster or slower, more favorable or less favorable, older or younger, more complex or simple. The list goes on and on but at any rate this is the only means for discovering any information about one’s self and the world.

Every star and speck of dust exists on infinite scales that only become definable if and when a separate body compares itself with a shared location in space. Otherwise, infinite scales of matter remain fused as one complete scale of everything there is.
It’s important to realize the fact of all things being both a small part in the many large scales found in the universe and also as singular masses with measurable variations of matter and energy. This is important because it means absolutely everything can be explained in terms of whatever scale a person chooses. As long as there is a level of understanding of how matter functions at its most basic level the point in time marked clearly as the beginning of the timeline that also has an end point. The potential for explaining how matter came to unfold from start to finish during the time scale is relatively high but only if the person completely understands basic matter functions at the beginning of the chosen time.
This is because if all things are made of exactly the same elementary particles, then as long as an understanding is already established, all the elements can reveal the story of how matter came to be what it is from what it was. After all, heavier elements are just older versions of the same basic elements over time that have been rearranged or combined with elements they encounter to ultimately become new variations of themselves. Since all matter is protons, neutrons and electrons moving as individual atoms, regardless of how completely dissimilar two bodies may be physical, they can still interact. Communicating via the elementary particles they are both made of, they provide insight to each other about the nature of who they are and aren’t. Sharing one environment at the same time allows the exchange of information to be less variable as environmental factors are eliminated as well as past and future are exactly the same for both parties (meaning now is experienced in real-time). This allows a reflection of reality to be seen by each of them through the actions and reactions the other produces and compare it to their own actions and reactions to try and understand how these differences and similarities are directly related to the outcomes they experienced or witnessed the other experience. Basically SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, INFORMATION, NEW IDEAS, and other DATA can be exchanged and shared with every interaction of matter.

Another important realization is that just because something does not have an energy source of its own, does not mean it is not a source of energy for something else,

empty space and the composition of the two that make up a whole body complete with an inside and outer layer that separates them from everything else. The physical qualities, the location within space, as well as the age of a structure, differentiates it. Observably, every individual reflects a unique image that external viewers can not see and only they themselves can feel this “image.” Which is really just their body, which they can never truly observe and feel at the same time directly.

The Elements of Reality: Ingredients For The World

empty space, dense particles, and varying levels of energy construct the entire universe. Individual clusters will shape elements that exist at the moment creation occurs. For example when stars are born, they were first the product of hydrogen gas spinning together into a protostar. The star is not completely formed until hydrogen is forced to begin fusing at the center of each hydrogen cluster. It will maintain this energy until time has consumed every bit of hydrogen the star had at the beginning of its life. Once the star has exhausted its all of its fuel, it will have nothing left to fuse. At this point, the star will die, leaving behind trace elements for new stars to consume. These elements are all but teaspoons of variation in the grand scheme of things, but it is these teaspoons that allow evolution to produce variations for every location of space matter exists. Eventually these spoonfuls develop over time, creating unique systems that don’t exist anywhere else. This is what makes the universe so special. It may seem like an endless void filled with tiny specks of light and dust but its much more than that. I don’t think anyone would argue that the universe is an immaculate creation that exceeds humans understanding. The real magic isn’t in the extravagant complexities the universe was created by, rather the amazing truth that everything that ever was or will be is made from the same three ingredients. Isn’t that pretty crazy to think about. If this is true, then every interaction we experience is the result of our body’s energy-matter ratio constantly changing

Eventually, matter will organize itself into groups that compliment overall energy: matter ratio unique to every location of space. This is what causes evolution, matter to time embedded as elements interacting within definite areas the two within locations these time creations spread

Food For Thought

There is so much detail to go over and I’m not quite sure the best way to go about telling a story that has no definite middle or end and the beginning is not what it seems to be. I guess the real question is, where to begin this tale of time evolving one universe?

Where did the universe come from?

This is a question that can’t ever really be answered but it’s a necessary question we must ask ourselves if we ever hope to understand the universe. It’s not the details that are so much important rather its just being able to acknowledge the possibility that our universe was created by some larger source of energy, beyond our observation.

It makes sense that the universe was created within the interior of some kind of Alpha universe if you will. By definition creation only occurs if something has clear, distinct values of XYZ that are unlike anything before it, making it unique and new. XYZ isn’t possible unless there was a time before it that XYZ didn’t exist. Otherwise, there is no difference between what was and what is. Something can not exist nowhere out of nothing because even nothing is still something and nowhere will always be somewhere.

Whether you believe in a god, science, or a mixture of the two does not really matter. All that matters is being able to accept the reality of there being something else just beyond this universe that we can not see or observe. Whatever this something was or is now is what caused our universe to begin and time to evolve matter into what the universe it is today.

                            LAWS

First and most important thing to understand about the universe is the laws in which everything in it abide by and adhere to.

It may surprise you to learn that the universe contains exactly the same proportion of matter-antimatter as when it began billions of years ago. Nothing is ever added to the universe nor is anything ever removed from it. The only variable in the universe is time. It seems weird but its true. Time is always moving forward at the same, constant rate. As this happens the universe becomes older by a rate of one each moment. The distance from the beginning of time to the present extends further and with it the space between grows more complex. The universe begins as one exact measurement of empty/occupied space that everything the universe contained at the moment creation took place. From this point on, every time the universe becomes one moment older, space and time get imbedded in terms of distance. Distance is how everything interacts and communicates accurately so that definite values can exist individually as well as be organized together into one whole universe.

Imaginary Council-Napoleon Hill

I once read a book by Napoleon Hill called think and grow rich. I was very interested in the idea of using my mind as a tool to creatively build my life as I saw fit. Could this really be possible, to think my life awesome? What could be achieved through using only one’s mind I wondered. I was especially intrigued by Napoleon Hill’s “Imaginary Council” of men. It was exciting to read about his experience communicating with these men he admired, most of whom had long since died. Interestingly enough, during these imaginary meetings, Hill’s mind constructed personalities for each of these men or perhaps he discovered a way to communicate using only his subconscious mind.

When you stop to think about it, is the latter really that unimaginable considering how amazing the human mind is. When it comes to communication the mind finds every possible connection it can make between two or more people. Back and forth, exchanging ideas and body language, the subconscious mind each person within a shared environment will naturally We dream at night of places we’ve never been and people we’ve never met yet somehow our mind still finds a way to interact with them as if they were real.

Some thoughts are Necessary

To explain the Universe in a way that makes sense, there is one important detail that needs addressing. Where did the universe come from? This is a question that can’t ever really be answered, but it’s a necessary question we must ask ourselves if we ever hope to understand the universe. It’s not the details that are so much important rather its just being able to acknowledge the possibility that our universe was created by some larger source of energy, beyond our observation.

It makes sense that the universe was first created by an external source that began as merely potential for creation to occur that ultimately turned into actual creation. Afterall Isn’t everything created this way, beginning as potential first. Everything has a gestational period before it becomes independent and exists on its own. So I do not feel it’s unreasonable to believe the universe is no exception to this I  realize that the universe could only ever exist and harbor life if there was something external outside of the universe

It’s crazy how perfect life is.

It’s weird, physics and nature and the basic structure of life on Earth.  Thinking about what it means to be alive, the sheer brilliance of it all is enough to make you wonder  how it’s  all possible……  to have lungs that expand and a heart that beats effortlessly exceeds our ability to understand how it is that the human body functions the way that it does.  So perfect and extraordinarily pieced together   the human body and every other living thing on Earth, is an example of  intentional  perfection.

RAINBOWS

Rainbows are one of nature’s best kept secrets ribboning across the sky for all to observe. Droplets of water dance across the sky, glistening as they are lit up by the sun’s light. Colors of light assembled into perfect ribbons that persist endlessly around the Earth and even the sun itself. these are the colors of the world for all to see.

Brainstorming : AJ

da-vinci-quoteMany hypotheses exist regarding the formation of Earth and the seven other planets in our solar system. Considering the scale in which celestial bodies operate and the very limited amounts of heavy elements found in stars and planets, there aren’t many scenarios that can explain the evolution of the sun and planets. In truth, there is only one explanation for what really happened, however, that information exceeds the reach of all life formed after that time. So the only thing we can do is guess and check until a story seemingly fits into place with everything else we discover in harmony.

Considering the current state of knowledge about this subject being “unknown” along with many other uncertainties about the universe, it’s important to consider all options even if they seem extreme or crazy at first. The general rule is to create a solution that is both reasonable and outlandish and then try to use that solution to explain something in its ballpark. This is very efficient for the person willing to make-believe and criticize their own ideas at the same time as truly wanting to figure out how something can be true or not true based on their current beliefs with the possibility of being wrong. Either way, any belief a person might have should have no problem adding to the equation of imagined scenarios as supporting evidence or proof that specific variables need to be changed or reexamined. Writing a dialog back and forth with one’s self can be extremely useful. Eventually writing an outrageously possible explanation to scenario XYZ evolves into a more definite, possibility for explaining XYZ, 123, and how they interact with each other and everything else. There are only two outcomes to this exercise, either something becomes more true or it becomes less true, either way it is beneficial for learning new things.
In the case of the planets and the sun, it doesn’t really make much difference if the details are known or not but for all intensive purposes, let’s say it happened like this…TBC

Peter’s Poem

Moonlight drips down the cloak of night while September’s frosty breath dances waltz with the tangles of her black hair. Echos of oak leaves hums the soundtrack of the evening.

Somewhere else an actor in a photograph hides his sad eyes behind dark shades and a plastic grin while he guards a dimly lit room from creeping shadows of days gone past.

Tommorow lies cuddled up sleeping, hid safely away from the troubles of today in a heap bubble gum blankets. He sits, silent on a cold step, the taste of quiet desperation steals the words he’s looking for.

Blades of grass begin swaying to the music humming a familiar tune “cry baby cry, make your mother sigh.Your old enough to know better, so cry baby cry.”

The stars join in and begin to dance in the forests of her eyes. Yesterday loses the fight with today and the band slowly leaves the dream dragging their tubas and violins into bed with them.

He closes his eyes and the dream is over…

A day with her: From him
A day with her:
From hime

Curious Kid

I remember it clearly, the kind of day it was, where I was sitting, what caused me to wonder in the first place and even more how it made me feel. I was six years old, when my great great grandmother died. There was a funeral and a family gathering. Mostly I had no idea what was going on or what everyone was chattering about so I went outside to play until it was time to leave. Several hours had passed before I finally asked my mother if we could go home. She said yes but that she wanted to say goodbye to people first. So I told her I’d go wait in the car.

Sitting there in the backseat my mind began to wander. I began to think about my grandmother and what death really meant. I had never heard of heaven or hell or any other possible scenarios for an afterlife. In fact, death had never really come up until this. They said she died in her sleep on couch and I couldn’t help wonder if I was going to die someday too.

I began to ponder this thought of death and what it might feel like. Maybe it’s similar to those nights of sleeping with no memory of dreaming anything.

hmmm……No, that can’t be right. Even dreamless sleep feels like time has pasted even if I can not remember what i was thinking about. I imagine death is more of a kind of nothingness.    I tried to focus on this nothingness, as an empty dark place with no sound or anything else. But my imagination couldn’t create this place of nothing as much as I tried to picture it.

I remember distinctly feeling a weird moment when my thoughts hit some kind of barrier as if my thoughts had become tangible or something. Its was very strange to not be able to think about  something I wanted to. This had never happened before.

Even when I pictured a dark box like space in my head, other ideas kept stampeding it and it took a lot of mental energy to push them away. Then I realized something rather profound.                            Nothing is still something.     Even the darkest, emptiest image I could create with my mind, would never reveal anything about dying.           So I quickly come up with an alternative solution. I reason that the only other similar experience as being dead, is the time spent before ever being born.

I tried to remember my earliest memory, as far back as my mind take me. I got held up around two and that was pretty fuzzy. I wondered what would have happened if my parents had never met in the first place? How would that feel?        Again, I am plagued only by the strange feeling of not being able to think any thoughts on this. My mind just couldn’t see anything, it went completely dark.

I just couldn’t fathom not existing as something. why is that? There has never been a time when I couldn’t think about something.

So it was this day Curiosity filled my body and mind more questions then I could every hope to answer.

However I am going to try…….Enjoy

Is Science Flawed?

One thing has always been clear to me that I’m sure is to others as well, as much as science is brilliant and exactly the most logical way to approach problem solving, logical doesn’t mean truth.

In fact, it’s weird to think about science this way but everything from mathematics to electricity and magnets is  just man made laws and equations in our attempt to understand the incomprehensible physical world we live in. Whether it’s right or wrong, exact or just a prediction, all science is invented by humans for humans. By this definition, it can be also said that regardless of  our precision and accuracy, know the mechanics of nature does not mean we understand anything about it.

Science explains HOW something works, it describes previous physical interactions of matter as well as predictions for how matter will interact in future moments. However, science does not explain WHAT matter is or why anything exists at all.

We know that the sun rises each day and the moon at night but we have no idea what sunlight even is or its true identity. We know atoms exist having protons and electron configurations but we have no idea what an electron even is. We know what it does but nothing about what it really is.

Same with everything else in the universe. We know when we sleep at night our mind dreams and our lungs breathe but why do things happen. What does it mean to think thoughts and be alive?

What is love and feelings of anger or instincts like hunger? How do these feelings manifest in our bodies? We might say something like the chemicals in our brain react to yadda yadda such and such and produce a physical state blah blah blah. This is all very interesting and I applaud all scientists for everything ever discovered or realized about matter. It’s truly mind-blowing how smart humans have become and things we are capable of. But the question still remains, why does matter do what it does?

I plan to answer these questions as best I can until I can think no more
